1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801 (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
Begins December 4, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends December 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. Sponsor may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its discretion.
3. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
- Are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in their jurisdiction);
- Hold a Tier 1 verified Kraken Consumer account in good standing;
- Reside in an eligible region: The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom, UAE, Florida, and any other location where restricted or prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must submit a photo of their Kraken F1 Season Finale Helmet via Kraken’s official social media channels (X – @krakenfx or Instagram – @krakenfx). Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must comply with platform rules and community standards.
Entry is free and does not require any purchase or trade.
5. Winner Selection
Fifty (50) potential winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive $100 USD equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC), credited to their Kraken account. Approximate Total Prize Pool: $5,000 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Limit one (1) prize per person/account.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by direct message on the social media platform used for entry and must respond within five (5) business days. Prizes will be credited to eligible Kraken accounts within 30 days of eligibility verification. Failure to respond or provide requested verification may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Verification and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant for: (1) non-compliance with these Rules or Kraken’s Terms of Service, (2) fraudulent activity or multiple accounts, or (3) providing false information. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
9. Consents and Privacy
By entering, you consent to Kraken’s use of your entry and personal information for Promotion administration and marketing purposes, in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice at . Winner names and countries may be published where required by law.

10. Disclaimers
Kraken or Promotion Related Parties (including Williams)is not responsible for technical failures, lost or corrupted entries, or causes beyond its control (e.g., acts of God, network outages, or platform issues). If the Promotion cannot operate as planned, Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel it at its sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (1) all disputes shall be resolved individually without class actions; (2) any claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding $25 USD; and (3) punitive, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any such court.
12. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of the BTC prize.
13. General Rules
Kraken may amend these Rules at any time. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. These Rules and the constitute the entire agreement regarding this Promotion.
