Promotion Period

Criteria Completion Window: December 8, 2025 – January 5, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

Kraken may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time.

How to Participate

To qualify for the Reward, a participant must meet the requirements below.

Referrer Requirements

• Must hold a verified Kraken App account in an Eligible Area.
• May refer up to six (6) new users during the Promotion.
• Receives no monetary reward for referrals.

Referee (New User) Requirements

A new user (“Referee”) must:

1. Sign up using a valid referral link between December 8 and December 23, 2025, UTC.
2. Complete account creation + KYC verification during the Criteria Completion Window.
3. Fund & trade the account with any fiat or crypto supported in the user’s jurisdiction: United States 300 USD, Australia 200 AUD, Canada 200 CAD, EEA/other 200 EUR.
4. Execute at least one (1) spot trade for the amounts specified below by January 5, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
   (Futures, margin, staking, fiat to stablecoins, equities trades & prohibited activity do not qualify.)

Funding and trading requirements must be satisfied within the Promotion Period defined above.

Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible Referee who completes all qualifying steps will receive the Reward.

Reward

Each eligible Referee will receive:

• USD $125 equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC), calculated at the BTC/USD spot rate at the time the Reward is scheduled for issuance.
• Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Referrers receive no reward, consistent with campaign design.

Reward Issuance

• Rewards will be credited 14 days after the Referee meets all qualifying criteria. (This replaces the earlier fixed December 24 distribution date.)
• Accounts must be active, verified, and in good standing at time of issuance.
• Kraken may request additional verification documentation.

Limit one (1) Reward per Referee.

Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion

You are eligible if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion:

• You reside in one of the Eligible Areas.
• You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service.
• You comply with all requirements in these Rules.
• You are not a Kraken Related Party, defined as:
• Employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, or representatives of Kraken;
• Their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, etc.);

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify participants for:

• Violations of these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• Fraud, gaming, referral abuse, self-dealing, fake accounts, prohibited trading activity, or any manipulative behavior;
• Providing false or misleading information;
• Use of VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions. (Aligned with internal risk and Official Rules.)

Notification of Reward

Rewards will be credited directly to the participant’s Kraken account. Kraken may withhold or cancel a Reward if the account is closed, suspended, or ineligible at the time of distribution.

Consents and Approvals

By entering, you:

• Consent to Kraken’s use of personal information for administration of the Promotion and compliance with law;
• Consent to receiving communications, including marketing;
• Acknowledge that identifying information may be disclosed to third parties as required by law or tax rules.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release Kraken and Kraken Related Parties from all Claims arising out of your participation or the Reward.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. All disputes must be resolved individually, with no class actions.
2. Claims are limited to actual, out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25.
3. No punitive, incidental, consequential, special damages, or lost profits may be recovered.
4. Your sole remedy is a claim for monetary damages (if any).
5. You waive any right to injunctive or equitable relief.

Governing Law:
These Rules are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Arbitration:
Any dispute relating to this Promotion will be resolved by binding confidential arbitration in London, England, administered under the LCIA Rules. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

General Rules

Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.

• Fraude, abuso, creación de múltiples cuentas, autorreferencias, wash trading, uso de VPN para eludir restricciones, o cualquier conducta manipulativa;
• Actividades no aptas según las reglas internas de riesgo.

Notificación del Premio

El Premio se acreditará directamente en la cuenta Kraken del participante.
Kraken puede retener o cancelar el Premio si la cuenta está cerrada, suspendida o no es elegible al momento de la acreditación.

Consentimientos y Autorizaciones

Al participar, usted:

Reglas Generales
