1. Sponsor

This contest (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”), 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA.

 

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to eligible customers residing in Poland.
Excluded areas include the United Kingdom and any other jurisdiction where trading incentives are prohibited or restricted by law.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins December 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. UTC and ends May 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. UTC (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion may be terminated, modified, or suspended earlier at Kraken’s discretion.

 

4. How to Participate

This Promotion is an incentive promotion. To participate:

1. Create a Kraken Pro account using the specified referral link or code during the Promotion Period.
    
2. Complete the required identity verification (KYC) level as required for Pro trading.
    
3. Execute qualifying trades on eligible products — Spot, Margin — using any fiat or crypto pair except:
    
   • Fiat ↔ Stablecoin trades
      
   • Stablecoin ↔ Stablecoin trades
      
   • Trades involving equities or tokenized equities
      

Trading volumes achieved will determine which milestone tiers a participant reaches.
Each participant may qualify for only one milestone plan per account.

 

5. Rewards

Eligible participants who achieve the corresponding trading milestones within the Promotion Period will receive the associated reward in Bitcoin (BTC), credited to their Kraken account.

Rewards will be credited within 30 days after verification of eligibility and completion of the milestone.
Total rewards are capped at 50 participants.

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

6. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

• Reside in Poland.
   
• Maintain a verified Kraken Pro account in good standing.
   
• Meet the applicable KYC requirements.
   
• Are not otherwise prohibited from participation under Kraken’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
   

 

7. Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion based on defined trading activity. Rewards are earned solely by achieving specific trading milestones; no element of chance or random selection determines eligibility.

 

8. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify participants who engage in:

• Multiple account creation or fraudulent referrals
   
• Self-dealing, wash trading, or manipulation
   
• Violation of Kraken’s Terms of Service or applicable law
   
• Trading in ineligible pairs or products
   

Kraken may withhold or reclaim any Reward if eligibility or account standing cannot be confirmed.

 

9. Notification and Crediting

Rewards will be credited directly to qualifying participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days of confirmation.
Accounts must remain active and in good standing at the time of reward issuance.

 

10. Privacy and Consents

By entering the Promotion, you consent to Kraken’s processing of your personal information for administration and compliance purposes.
Personal data will be processed per the Kraken Privacy Notice at https://www.kraken.com/legal/privacy.

 

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating, you release Kraken and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any Reward.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law.
Any dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, administered under LCIA Rules, with judgment enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any competent court.

 

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a Reward.

 

13. General Terms

Kraken may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Kraken’s control, Kraken may cancel or modify it in its discretion.
Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
Invalidity of any clause shall not affect the remainder of the Rules.
