OFFICIAL RULES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.
This Promotion is an incentive promotion, not a contest or sweepstakes. Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and physically present in the United Kingdom at the time of participation and who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and applicable law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available on 25 February 2026, during the hours in which the onsite university activation event is taking place (the “Promotion Period”). Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
4. How to Participate
To participate, an eligible individual must, during the Promotion Period:
Scan the official QR code provided at the onsite event;
Successfully create a Krak account using that QR code;
Complete identity verification, as required; and
Complete a deposit transaction of at least £10 within 14 days after registration;
No purchase, payment, or trading activity is required to participate.
Limit one (1) participation and one (1) reward per person.
5. Determination of Reward Recipients
This is an incentive promotion. The first eligible participants who successfully complete all participation steps during the Promotion Period will receive the reward, on a first-come, first-served basis, while rewards remain available.
6. Reward
Eligible participants will receive £10 GBP (Approximate Retail Value: £10) credited to their Krak account.
Maximum number of rewards available: 5,000
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Rewards will be credited within 14 days following confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Eligibility
You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:
Are at least 18 years old in your jurisdiction of residence;
Are physically present in the Eligible Area;
Successfully open a Krak account, complete KYC, and make a deposit transaction of at least £10;
Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service; and
Agree to and comply with these Official Rules.
8. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Official Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;
Creates multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent participation limits; or
Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
9. Notification and Issuance of Reward
Rewards will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Krak accounts within 14 days after Kraken confirms compliance with these Official Rules. Accounts must be active and in good standing at the time of reward issuance. Kraken may request additional information or documentation prior to crediting the reward.
10. Consents and Privacy
By participating, you agree that any information submitted or collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliated entities for purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
You further consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

11. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical failures, QR code scanning issues, connectivity interruptions, device incompatibility, or any other factors that may interfere with participation. Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, or system outages.
12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the reward.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed USD $25;
Punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages are waived; and
Remedies are limited to money damages only.
Any dispute arising under or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
14. General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
