BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC, and Payward Trading Ltd, doing business as Kraken Derivatives US (“Sponsor”), a Futures Commission Merchant registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA ID #0309379), with its principal place of business at 222 North LaSalle Street, Suite 1450, Chicago, IL 60601.

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where trading incentives are restricted or prohibited by law.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are:

  • Legal residents of the eligible areas
  • At least 18 years of age; and
  • Hold a valid and verified Kraken Pro Margin account.
  • Institutional accounts, omnibus accounts, sub-accounts, and market makers are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 26, 2025, and ends on February 15th 2026 2359 UTC (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, a participant must:

  • Have an active Kraken Pro account with Margin trading enabled;
  • Complete required KYC verification to at least Intermediate tier;
  • Opt in via the Promotions screen on the Kraken Pro app
  • Execute at least $500 USD in notional value in their first eligible margin trade during the Promotion Period.
  • Limit — One (1) Reward per person/account.

5. Reward

Eligible participants will automatically receive $50 USD equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC) credited to their Kraken account within 30 days after the qualifying trade.

The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. Restrictions

  • Only the participant’s first margin trade after opting-in qualifies.
  • Withdrawals, reversals, or cancellations of qualifying trades may void eligibility.
  • The Promotion cannot be combined with any other margin or derivatives incentive.

Sponsor reserves the right to withhold or revoke a Reward in the event of:

  • Multiple account registrations;
  • Wash trading, self-funding, or other manipulative activity;
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior; or
  • Violation of these Rules, Kraken’s Terms of Service, or applicable law.

7. Notification of Reward

Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible Kraken Pro accounts within 30 days of completing the conditions.

Sponsor will not provide separate notifications beyond the account credit.

8. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the Reward.

9. Privacy & Use of Data

By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your personal information for administration of the Promotion and compliance with applicable law.

Information collected is subject to Kraken’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Kraken, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Reward.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or corrupted entries, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

11. Force Majeure

Sponsor is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, terrorism, labor disputes, or other causes beyond its control.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Rules and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in London, England, under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the LCIA Rules.

You and the Sponsor agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any recovery in arbitration is limited to your actual, out-of-pocket expenses (if any) not exceeding twenty-five U.S. dollars (US$25). Attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its rights or enforce these Rules.

13. General Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
