GET KRAK'D WEEKLY GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE , WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”), with its registered address at 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA.

2. Promotion Overview

The Get Krak'd Weekly Giveaway is a recurring sweepstakes in which eligible participants have a chance to win digital asset prizes as described in the official @Krak announcement post on X (formerly Twitter) for each weekly contest period. Each weekly contest is treated as a separate Promotion governed by these Official Rules.

3. Promotion Period

Each weekly contest period begins Monday at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends Friday at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify or suspend any Promotion Period by notice in the official @Krak post or as required by law.

4. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to individuals residing in:

• The United States, excluding Indiana, Maine and New York;
• The following EEA countries: Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden;
• The Rest of World, where individuals are eligible to maintain a Krak account and where such promotions are not prohibited by law.

Excluded Regions: United Kingdom, Canada, Philippines, Singapore, Turkey, New Zealand, Kazakhstan and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes are restricted or void.

5. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

• Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Hold a valid, verified Krak account (Tier 1 KYC minimum);
• Reside in an eligible area listed above; and
• Comply with these Official Rules and the Kraken.com Terms of Service.

6. How to Enter

During each Promotion Period, eligible participants must:

1. Follow @Krak on X (formerly Twitter); and
2. Repost (retweet) the official @Krak giveaway announcement post; and
3. Request a payment from @Krak using the Krak app.

Entries are free—no purchase, trade, or payment of any kind is required. Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly contest.

7. Prize

The type of digital asset, amount per winner, total prize pool, and number of winners are defined each week in the official @Krak announcement post on X for that week’s contest. Prizes will be distributed in the specified asset directly to winners’ verified Krak accounts. No cash alternatives, substitutions, or transfers are permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion where required by law.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all valid entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Winners will be contacted via X direct message or through their registered Krak account email. To receive the prize, winners must respond within seven (7) days and ensure their Krak account remains in good standing. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of any prize. Kraken will not provide tax advice and may withhold or report amounts as required by law.

10. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to have:

• Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or
• Attempted to manipulate entries or outcomes, including through multiple accounts.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice, available at Kraken’s Privacy Notice: https://www.kraken.com/legal/privacy By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating you release and hold harmless Kraken, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Kraken is not responsible for technical errors, network outages, or other factors beyond its reasonable control that may affect entry or participation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Participants waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.

14. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time if technical failures, fraud, legal restrictions, or any other causes beyond its control affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Failure by Kraken to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any term is held invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and marketing materials, these Official Rules control.
