BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to eligible customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken Futures trading is available and permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom, and any jurisdiction where such promotions are restricted or prohibited are not eligible.

Participation is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from March 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC through April 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Participate / Qualifying Activity

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

  • Hold a verified Kraken account with futures trading enabled;
  • Complete Intermediate or Pro level KYC verification (as required for futures trading eligibility);
  • Complete at least $10,000 USD equivalent in cumulative futures trading volume during the Promotion Period;
  • Comply with these Terms and the Kraken.com Terms of Service.

Only bona fide trades count toward the qualifying volume. The following may be excluded at Kraken’s sole discretion: wash trading, self-dealing, manipulative activity, or any activity that violates Kraken policies.

5. Reward

Each eligible participant who satisfies the qualifying activity will receive:

  • $50 USD equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC) (Approximate Retail Value: $50 USD).

Rewards are limited to one (1) per eligible user.

Rewards will be credited to the participant’s Kraken account within thirty (30) days after verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

  • You reside in an Eligible Area;
  • You maintain a verified Kraken account in good standing with futures trading enabled;
  • You meet the required KYC level;
  • You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Terms;
  • You are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.

7. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Terms or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
  • Attempted to circumvent Promotion rules, including through multiple accounts.

Kraken may withhold or revoke any reward if disqualification criteria are met.

8. Reward Distribution

Rewards will be distributed via Kraken’s Rewards Hub automation to eligible participants.

Accounts must be verified and in good standing at the time of reward distribution. Kraken may request additional documentation prior to issuing rewards. Failure to provide requested information may result in forfeiture.

9. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any information submitted or collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliates for administration of the Promotion and compliance with applicable laws.

You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice: https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any technical failures, network issues, or other interruptions that may affect participation in the Promotion.

Without limiting any other provision, Kraken shall not be liable for any events beyond its control, including acts of God, regulatory changes, or market disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation or receipt of any reward.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION;
(2) ANY CLAIMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT TO EXCEED $25;
(3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY BE RECOVERED;
(4) YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

13. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.

Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Kraken.com Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement governing this Promotion.
