BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH TOGETHER FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR TRADING ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Type
This Contest is a skill-based contest. Winners are selected based on the quality of their submitted question, as determined by Kraken staff using the criteria described below. Chance plays no role in winner selection.
3. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where restricted or prohibited by law.
4. Promotion Period
The Contest begins on February 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC and ends on February 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM UTC (the “Promotion Period”).
5. How to Participate
To enter the Contest, during the Promotion Period you must:
1. Hold a verified Kraken account in good standing; and
2. Attend the Kraken-hosted AMA on Discord; and
3. Submit a question during the AMA session.
Limit one (1) entry per person/account. Submitting multiple questions does not increase chances of winning.
6. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection
All eligible questions will be reviewed by Kraken staff after the Promotion Period.
Winners will be selected based on the following skill-based criteria:
Relevance to the AMA topic
Thoughtfulness and originality
Clarity and substance of the question
Kraken will select three (3) winners at its sole discretion. Kraken’s decisions are final and binding.
7. Prizes
Prize: USDG 100 per winner
Number of Prizes: 3
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USDG 300
Prizes will be credited to each winner’s Kraken account within 30 days, subject to eligibility verification and account compliance.
Limit one prize per person/account.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
8. Eligibility
You are eligible if you, at the time of entry and prize issuance:
Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
Reside in an Eligible Area;
Maintain a Kraken account in good standing; and
Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Official Rules.
9. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in its sole discretion:
Violates these Official Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Submits fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate content;
Attempts to manipulate or undermine the Contest; or
Is otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
10. Notification of Winners
Winners will not be announced publicly unless permitted by law. Prizes will be credited directly to winners’ Kraken accounts. Kraken may require additional verification prior to prize issuance.
11. Consents & Privacy
By participating, you consent to Kraken’s collection and use of your information for administering the Contest and complying with legal obligations. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice:

12. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical issues, Discord outages, late or failed submissions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
13. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its related parties from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any such dispute shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receipt of a prize. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
16. General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time where permitted by law. Kraken’s decisions are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
