Office Design, Moncoes City, São Paulo SP, 04571-000 (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”)

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Brazil Get 30 Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the Kraken.com Terms of Service. Together, these form a binding contract between you and Kraken.

 

2. Eligible Area

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Brazil who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 6. This Promotion is not valid in the United Kingdom or in any jurisdiction where incentives are prohibited or restricted by law.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins October 13, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025, unless ended earlier by Kraken in its sole discretion. Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time by notice on its website.

 

4. How to Participate

To qualify, you must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Create a new Kraken Consumer or Pro account;
  2. Complete Intermediate-level KYC verification;
  3. Deposit $500 USD (or other fiat equivalent) into your Kraken account; and
  4. Trade $1000 USD (or other fiat equivalent) in total notional volume in any non-stablecoin cryptocurrency on Kraken Spot markets.
     

Each eligible participant who completes these steps will automatically qualify for the reward. Limit: one (1) reward per eligible user.

 

5. Reward

Each qualifying participant will receive $30 USD in Bitcoin (BTC) credited to their Kraken account within 30 days after Kraken verifies compliance with these Terms.

Eligible trades must be in non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies.

  • Total rewards under this Promotion are capped at 1,000 participants.
  • The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
  • Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.
     

 

6. Eligibility

You are eligible only if, at the time of participation and reward crediting, you:

  • Reside in Brazil;
  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • Have an active Kraken Consumer or Pro account in good standing; and
  • Have completed Intermediate KYC verification.
     

Kraken may verify eligibility at any time and may request documentation to confirm compliance.

 

7. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify participants or withhold a reward if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you:

  • Provided false or misleading information;
  • Created multiple accounts;
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity (e.g., wash trading, self-dealing, VPN circumvention); or
  • Violated Kraken’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
     

 

8. Reward Issuance

Rewards will be automatically credited to qualifying Kraken accounts within 30 days after eligibility verification. If an account is closed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible at the time of distribution, the reward may be forfeited.

 

9. Privacy and Data Use

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and for compliance purposes, consistent with Kraken’s . By participating, you consent to this processing.

 

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for: technical failures; network interruptions; acts of God; regulatory changes; or other events beyond its reasonable control that may impact your participation or reward.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Promotion or any reward. Your total remedy is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding $25 USD.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any such dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any such court.

 

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

 

14. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
