KRAKEN+ INCENTIVE OFFER — OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE   KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE . PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc. , known as Kraken  (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom  and any other location where trading incentives are restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM UTC on November 28, 2025  and ends at 8:00 AM UTC on December 2, 2025  (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

There are two eligible entry paths:

A. New Kraken+ Subscribers:

  • Non-subscribers who opt-in via the Kraken mobile app  to participate and sign up for an annual Kraken+ subscription  during the Promotion Period will qualify for a $25 reward .
  • A valid Kraken Consumer account and any level of KYC verification are required.

B. Existing Kraken+ Subscribers:

  • Existing Kraken+ members who incur any trading fees  between November 28 and December 1, 2025, after exceeding their $10,000 monthly zero-fee limit , and opt-in via the Kraken mobile app  to participate, will qualify for a 25% fee rebate  on those fees.

Limit: One reward per eligible participant per reward category.

5. Reward

  • New subscribers  to the Kraken+ annual plan receive $25 in USDG .
  • After signing up to the annual plan, users will get a 30 day trial before they are charged. At the end of the trial period users will be charged the cost of a yearly subscription ($49.99, or local equivalent).
  • Users will receive a 25 USDG rebate credited to their account no later than 30 days after this charge.
  • Existing subscribers  receive a 25% rebate  on eligible trading fees incurred during the Promotion Period, credited in USDG  within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
  • Where USDG  is unavailable, the Reward will be issued in BTC  of equivalent value.
  • Rewards are non-transferable , non-exchangeable , and may not be redeemed for cash .

6. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

  • You reside in one of the Eligible Areas (excluding the UK);
  • You have a verified Kraken Consumer account at any KYC level; and
  • You have opted in via the Kraken app.

7. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or the Kraken Terms of Service, provides false or misleading information, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, or uses multiple accounts to obtain multiple rewards.

8. Notification and Issuance

Rewards will be credited automatically to eligible Kraken accounts.
Accounts must remain active and in good standing at the time of reward issuance.

9. Consents and Privacy

By participating, you consent to Kraken’s processing of personal information for the administration of this Promotion, in accordance with   Kraken’s Privacy Policy . You also consent to receiving communications related to the Promotion.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for interruptions, system errors, or other issues preventing participation. Force majeure events—including internet failures, technical malfunctions, or acts beyond Kraken’s control—may result in cancellation or modification of the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release Kraken and its affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation or reward receipt.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class actions;
  • Recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses (not exceeding $25);
  • Punitive, consequential, or special damages are excluded.

Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales .
Disputes shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration in London, England , under the LCIA Rules , with judgment enforceable in any competent court. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from the receipt of a Reward.

13. General Rules

Kraken may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
