About NKN
NKN is an open-source blockchain infrastructure for decentralized network connectivity. The project incentivizes participants to share unused bandwidth via a novel proof-of-relay (PoR) consensus mechanism that tokenizes network connectivity and data transmission capacity. NKN is the native token of the protocol used to subscribe to services offered on the network and reward miners for relaying data and hosting applications for the community.
