Verge is an open-source protocol that provides anonymous peer-to-peer transactions. The project uses a multi-algorithm enabled proof-of-work consensus and integrates Tor and I2P frameworks to enforce privacy functions. XVG is the native token of the protocol used to send private transactions on the network and reward miners for securing the network.
