GLORY Kickboxing On-Site Activation Promotion — Official Rules

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) who are at least 18 years old.

The United Kingdom is excluded.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on February 7, 2026 and ends on January 31, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, an eligible participant must, during the Promotion Period:

A. Attend an official GLORY Kickboxing on-site activation event designated by Kraken;
B. Successfully complete the on-site GLORY Kickboxing activation challenge as determined by Kraken or its authorized event staff; and
C. Sign up for a Kraken Consumer or Pro account and complete Tier 3 (Intermediate) verification, if not already verified.

No purchase, payment, deposit, or trading activity is required to participate or receive a Reward.

Limit: One (1) entry and one (1) Reward per person/account.

5. Reward

Each eligible participant who completes all requirements will receive €10 equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC) (the “Reward”).

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €10
  • Rewards will be credited to the participant’s Kraken account within 14 days of verification and confirmation of eligibility.
  • The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate only if, at the time of entry and reward issuance, you:

  • Are a natural person residing in an eligible EEA country;
  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Have a verified Kraken Consumer or Pro account at Tier 3 (Intermediate);
  • Successfully complete the on-site GLORY Kickboxing activation challenge;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Official Rules; and
  • Are not a Kraken Related Party.

Kraken Related Parties include Kraken employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, representatives, affiliates, and their immediate family members.

7. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant, in its sole discretion, if the participant:

  • Fails to complete the on-site activation challenge;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Creates multiple accounts or attempts to receive more than one Reward;
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct; or
  • Violates these Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law.

8. Notification & Issuance of Reward

Rewards will be credited automatically to eligible Kraken accounts within 30 days after confirmation of compliance with these Rules.

Accounts must be active, verified, and in good standing at the time of issuance. Kraken may request additional information before crediting the Reward.

A withdrawal hold will be placed on the amount for 30 days after crediting to your Kraken account.

9. Consents & Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Kraken and its affiliates for administering the Promotion and complying with legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any inability to participate due to event capacity limits, technical issues, scheduling changes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or receipt of the Reward.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. All disputes must be resolved individually, without class or collective actions;
  2. Any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses, not exceeding €25; and
  3. You waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules.
Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

13. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
