XSTOCKS FIRST TRADE BONUS - OFFICIAL RULES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.
Sponsor ("Kraken") Payward Digital Solutions Ltd., a Bermuda company licensed to conduct digital asset business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
Eligible Areas Worldwide, excluding the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Economic Area and jurisdictions where Kraken does not offer services. Additionally, the Promotion excludes residents of the U.S.
Promotion Period 12:00 AM UTC on July 23, 2025 to 11:59 PM UTC on August 31, 2025
How to Participate Eligible participants must: A. Be an existing Kraken client prior to the start of the Promotion Period; B. Have not previously completed a trade involving any xStock; C. Execute a qualifying xStocks trade of USD $100 notional value or more during the Promotion Period; D. Complete Tier 3 identity verification (KYC); E. Comply with all instructions provided by Kraken regarding verification or reward delivery; F. Not be disqualified due to fraud prevention rules as determined in Kraken’s sole discretion.
Determination of Reward Eligibility Reward eligibility will be determined by Kraken, in its sole discretion, based on its internal trade and KYC verification systems. The first qualifying trade must be for a notional value of USD $100 or more in any xStock. Only one reward per Kraken account, per individual (identified by passport or other national ID), per device, and per payment instrument.
Reward Eligible participants will receive $10 in USDG credited to their Kraken account. USDG is not available in all geographies. The reward will be credited within 11 to 14 days after a qualifying trade has passed all fraud and compliance checks.
Cap and Limitations The reward is limited to one per person. Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to circumvent these rules, including through multiple accounts, devices, or payment instruments. Rewards are subject to availability.
Eligibility to Participate You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion Period, you: • Reside in an Eligible Area; • Have a verified Kraken account in good standing; • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service; • Are not a Kraken Related Party (as defined below); • Are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
You are not eligible if you are (A) a Kraken employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, or representative; (B) a family member or live with any of the foregoing; (C) a Kraken corporate partner, subsidiary, or affiliate; (D) an advertising, promotion, or public relations agency of any of the foregoing (each a “Kraken Related Party”). Family members include spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren (including step-relations).
Notification and Fulfillment Kraken will deposit the USDG in your account within 14 days of your qualifying xStocks trade. Participants must provide any documentation required by Kraken to confirm identity or eligibility. Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any person who fails to respond to communications within 48 hours or who fails to satisfy identity verification requirements.
Use of Personal Information By participating, you agree to Kraken’s Privacy Policy available at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy. Kraken may use your information to administer the Promotion and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Disqualification Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken believes the participant has violated these Rules, Kraken’s Terms of Service, or applicable laws, or has engaged in fraudulent activity.
Disclaimer Kraken makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, performance, or future value of USDG. Tokenized stocks are not the same as owning actual equity shares. Kraken is not responsible for any technical failures or inability to access Kraken services during the Promotion.
Limitation of Liability By participating, you agree to release Kraken and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with this Promotion or any reward. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to: (1) any punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages; or (2) attorneys’ fees.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved by confidential arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules. Judgment on the arbitrator’s decision may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Modifications and Termination Kraken reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Any modification will be posted at https://www.kraken.com/legal.
General Conditions Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver. Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion. Kraken reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion and disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned.
Tax and Reporting Obligations Any taxes imposed on a reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Kraken may be required to issue tax reporting documentation based on the reward amount and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
