1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where restricted or prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Contest begins on March 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC and ends on March 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Participate
To participate in the Contest, during the Promotion Period you must:
Use your unique Discord invite link to invite new members to the official Kraken Discord server.
Only valid, unique joins completed during the Promotion Period will be counted.
Limit one (1) entry per person/account.
5. Winner Selection & Judging Criteria
This is a skill-based contest.
Winners will be determined based on the number of successful Discord invites tracked by Kraken’s Discord inviter tracking tool during the Promotion Period.
The top ten (10) eligible participants with the highest number of valid invites will be declared winners.
In the event of a tie, Kraken reserves the right to apply reasonable tie-breaking criteria or award prizes to all tied participants, at its sole discretion.
Kraken’s determinations are final and binding.
6. Prizes
Prize: USDG 100 per winner
Number of Prizes: 10
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USDG 1,000
Prizes will be credited to winners’ Kraken accounts within 30 days of verification.
Limit one prize per person/account.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
7. Eligibility
You are eligible if, at the time of participation and prize issuance, you:
Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
Reside in an Eligible Area;
Maintain a Kraken account in good standing with a valid Kraktag; and
Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Official Rules.
8. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Uses fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive tactics to generate invites;
Attempts to manipulate the Discord inviter tracker;
Violates these Official Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice:

10. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for technical issues, Discord outages, invite-tracking errors beyond its reasonable control, or other force majeure events.
11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its related parties from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any such dispute shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest where permitted by law. Kraken’s decisions are final. If any provision of these Official Rules is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
