Poland X Account – Contest Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH TOGETHER FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This Promotion (“Contest”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc. with an address of 1209 Orange St. Wilmington, Delaware, 19801 United States (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).
2. Eligible Areas
Open only to legal residents of Poland. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
Starts December 4, 2025 at 4 p.m. CET and ends December 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CET. (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
To participate:
- Follow @krakenfx_pl on X (formerly Twitter).
- Reply to the post with your best name for a Polish memecoin.
Limit one (1) entry per X account. Entry is free.
5. Prize
Five (5) winners will each receive €50 equivalent in BTC credited to their Kraken Consumer account. Approximate Retail Value: €50 per prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection
Entries will be judged by the Kraken Poland team or its social committee based on originality and creativity. Decisions are final and binding. Chance plays no part in determining winners.
7. Eligibility
To be eligible, participants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Poland.
• Hold a verified Kraken Consumer account in good standing at the time of prize delivery.
8. Notification and Prize Delivery
Winners will be notified via direct message on X and must respond within 7 days. BTC prizes will be credited to winners’ Kraken Consumer accounts within 30 days of eligibility confirmation. Kraken may request identity verification before crediting prizes.
9. Consents and Privacy
By entering, participants consent to Kraken’s collection and use of their data for the administration of the Contest. Winners agree that Kraken may publicly announce their X handle or name as required by law. Kraken’s Privacy Policy applies: .
10. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or engages in fraud, spam, or any other unfair behavior.
11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By entering, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Any dispute arising from this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and resolved exclusively by confidential binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules in London, England. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify or cancel this Contest at any time. Kraken’s decisions are final. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
