1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Germany 5000 Icon League Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the Kraken.com Terms of Service. Together, these form a binding contract between you and Kraken.
2. Eligible Area
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Brazil who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 6. This Promotion is not valid in the United Kingdom or in any jurisdiction where incentives are prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins December 9, 2025 and ends on December 20 2025, 22:00 CEST, unless ended earlier by Kraken in its sole discretion. Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time by notice on its website.
4. How to Participate
To qualify, you must during the Promotion Period:
Create a new Kraken Consumer or Pro account;
Complete Intermediate-level KYC verification:
Enter your answer to qualify for the raffle.
Each eligible participant who completes these steps will enter into a price draw. Limit: one (1) reward per eligible user.
5. Reward
Among participants, winners will be selected through a random raffle conducted by Kraken within 30 days after the Promotion Period.

The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Credits expire January 31, 2025.
6. Eligibility
You are eligible only if, at the time of participation and reward crediting, you:
Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Open a new Kraken Consumer Account in good standing.
Reside in Germany.
Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Kraken, its affiliates, or promotional agencies.
Kraken may verify eligibility at any time and may request documentation to confirm compliance.
7. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify participants or withhold a reward if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you:
Provided false or misleading information;
Created multiple accounts;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity (e.g., wash trading, self-dealing, VPN circumvention); or
Violated Kraken’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
8. Reward Issuance
Crypto rewards will be automatically credited to qualifying Kraken accounts within 30 days after publication of the winners. Ticket rewards will be provided via email to each eligible client individually via email. If an account is closed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible at the time of distribution, the reward may be forfeited.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and for compliance purposes, consistent with Kraken’s . By participating, you consent to this processing.
10. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for: technical failures; network interruptions; acts of God; regulatory changes; or other events beyond its reasonable control that may impact your participation or reward.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Promotion or any reward. Your total remedy is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding $25 USD.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any such dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any such court.
13. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.
14. General Terms
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
