This Promotion (“Promotion” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to eligible customers who are legal residents of the following EEA jurisdictions:
Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, France, Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
The Promotion is void where prohibited, including in the United Kingdom.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion consists of recurring monthly promotion periods, each treated as a separate and independent sweepstakes.
Begins: 11:00 AM EST on the second Monday of each month
Ends: 11:59 PM EST on the second Friday of each month
Kraken may modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion Period in its sole discretion.
4. How to Enter
A. Primary Method of Entry (Social Entry)
Participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following during a Promotion Period:
1. Follow Kraken’s official account on X (as specified in Kraken’s promotional post);
2. Repost the Promotion post;
3. Reply to the Promotion post with a screenshot of a Krak Card transaction displayed in the Krak app showing the full transaction detail page including RefID.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase, card transaction, or funding is required to participate.

The AMOE provides a free entry option of equal dignity and equal chance of winning.
Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize
Prize amounts may vary each month and will be disclosed in the applicable promotional post.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
6. Number of Winners & Winner Selection Method
Kraken will select winners per Promotion Period (the exact number varies monthly and will be disclosed in the applicable promotional post).
Winners will be chosen:
by random drawing from eligible social entrants who completed all required entry steps; and/or
by random drawing from eligible AMOE entrants.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:
1. Reside in one of the Eligible Areas listed in Section 2;
2. Hold a valid Kraken Consumer account verified to Tier 1 (T1);
3. Agree to Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Official Rules;
4. Are not otherwise prohibited from participation by applicable law.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
8. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any participant who, in Kraken’s sole discretion:
Violates these Official Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
Attempts to submit more than one entry;
Uses multiple accounts, automation, bots, or VPN circumvention;
Engages in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive conduct;
Submits content infringing the rights of others or containing sensitive personal data.
If a winner’s Kraken account is closed, suspended, or not in good standing at the time of prize issuance, the prize may be withheld or forfeited.
9. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery
Winners will be notified via:
Direct message on X (for social entrants), or
Email (for AMOE entrants).
Winners may be required to verify eligibility or provide documentation before a prize is awarded.
Prizes will be credited to the winner’s Kraken account within 30 days of Kraken confirming eligibility and compliance.
Kraken may request additional information before issuing any prize.
10. Consents and Approvals
By entering the Promotion, you agree that:
Kraken may use, store, and process any content or information submitted in connection with the Promotion;
Kraken and its agents may obtain, process, and share personal information to administer the Promotion and comply with legal obligations;
If you are a winner, identifying information may be disclosed to third parties for compliance with applicable tax, legal, or reporting requirements.

11. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for:
Internet, device, or platform issues that prevent participation;
Errors or interruptions relating to X, the Krak app, or AMOE platform;
Acts of God, severe weather, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, or government actions;
Any other cause beyond Kraken’s reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO AND HEREBY DO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS KRAKEN AND THE PROMOTION RELATED PARTIES FROM ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM, ACTION, DEMAND, OR OTHER LIABILITY (“CLAIMS”) THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION AND/OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION.
YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
1. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION;
2. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS ARE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS, NOT TO EXCEED $25, AND NO ATTORNEYS’ FEES MAY BE AWARDED;
3. YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR MULTIPLIED DAMAGES;
4. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES, IF ANY.
Governing Law & Arbitration:
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
Any such dispute shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under LCIA Rules, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
13. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of a prize.
14. General Rules
Kraken may modify these Rules at any time.
Kraken may cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion Period if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
