参与本竞赛即表示您同意遵守本官方条款与条件（以下简称“本条款”）以及 Kraken.com 服务条款，上述文件共同构成具有法律约束力的协议。请在参与前仔细阅读。参与或获奖无需购买、付款或入金。购买、付款或入金不会增加您的获奖机会。

 

如本条款的中文版本与英文版本之间存在任何不一致、冲突或歧义，应以下方英文版本为准并具有优先解释效力。

1. 主办方

本竞赛（以下简称“竞赛”）由 Payward, Inc.（Kraken） 主办（以下简称“主办方”或“Kraken”）。

 

2. 适用地区

本竞赛仅向在报名时及竞赛期间满足以下条件的自然人开放：

(a) 居住于 Kraken 在该司法辖区合法提供 xStocks 的地区；且
(b) 该类促销竞赛在该司法辖区 无需注册、保证金或政府批准。

凡法律禁止之地区，本竞赛均 无效，包括但不限于：

• 英国
• 意大利
• 巴西
• 加拿大魁北克省
• 任何受制裁司法辖区

本竞赛面向 中文社交媒体社区进行推广，但参与资格仅取决于参与者是否为符合资格的司法辖区合法居民并遵守本条款。

 

3. 活动时间

本竞赛活动时间为：

2026 年 3 月 11 日 00:00 UTC 至 2026 年 3 月 20 日 23:59 UTC
（以下简称“竞赛期间”）

仅在竞赛期间提交的参赛内容方具备参赛资格。

 

4. 参与方式

在竞赛期间内，符合资格的参与者必须完成以下 全部步骤 才可获得 一次有效参赛资格：

(a) 在 X（Twitter）关注 @krakenfx_zh；
(b) 在 X（Twitter）关注 @xstocksfi_zh；以及
(c) 回复活动官方推文，并发布一条 原创个人内容，回答以下任意问题：

• 您为什么使用 Tokenized Stocks（代币化股票）？是什么吸引您使用该产品；或
• 尽管已有很多教育内容或 KOL 内容，您对于 Tokenized Stocks 仍存在哪些困惑或未解决的问题。

参赛回复必须为参与者本人原创。不得提交复制粘贴、垃圾信息或实质重复内容。若 Kraken 自行酌情认定某回复属于虚假、误导、辱骂、有害、非原创或与本竞赛宗旨不符的内容，Kraken 有权取消其参赛资格。

每位参与者 每人且每个 Kraken 账户仅限提交一次参赛内容。重复或垃圾回复将被取消资格。

 

5. 获奖者评选与评审标准

本活动为 技能型竞赛（Skill-based Contest），并非随机抽奖。

竞赛结束后，Kraken 将审核符合资格的参赛内容，并根据以下评审标准选出 30 名获奖者：

真实性 — 40%
回复是否体现真实的个人经历。相较于辞藻修饰，更重视具体细节与真实观点。

洞察价值 — 30%
回复是否提供有价值的叙述、独特使用场景，或揭示市场真实认知缺口。

表达清晰度 — 20%
内容是否清晰易懂、表达明确（不限语言）。

社区贡献度 — 10%
回复是否鼓励讨论或帮助帖子中的其他用户。

Kraken 对参赛资格、评审及获奖者选择拥有 最终决定权。

 

6. 奖励

每位获奖者将获得 100 USDG，奖励将发放至其 已验证的 Kraken 账户。
USDG 为与美元挂钩的稳定币，旨在维持约 1 USD 的价值。

单份奖励的约定零售价值：100 美元
奖励数量：30 份
奖励总约定零售价值：3000 美元

奖励将在发放前 不可转让、不可兑换或折现。奖励发放至账户后，用户可根据 Kraken 服务条款及平台产品可用性使用该奖励。

如有必要，Kraken 保留自行酌情 以等值或更高价值奖励替代 的权利。

获奖者的 Kraken 账户在奖励发放时必须 保持开放、已验证且状态正常。

 

7. Kraken 账户与 KYC 要求

领取奖励必须拥有 Kraken 账户。符合条件的账户类型包括：

• Kraken Consumer
• Kraken Pro

参与者在竞赛期间结束前及奖励发放前必须满足以下条件：

(a) 拥有状态正常的 Kraken 账户；
(b) 完成至少 基础 KYC 身份验证，并满足 Kraken 或适用法律要求的任何额外验证。

如获奖者未满足上述要求、未按要求回复或被认定为不符合资格，Kraken 可取消其获奖资格并选择替补获奖者。

 

8. 参与资格

仅在满足以下条件时，您才有资格参与本活动：

(a) 在上述 适用地区居住
(b) 同意 Kraken.com 服务条款
(c) 同意本条款并遵守相关要求
(d) 不因法律、Kraken 服务条款或本条款而被认定为不符合资格

 

9. 取消资格

如 Kraken 自行酌情认定参与者存在以下行为，可取消其资格：

(a) 违反本条款、Kraken 服务条款或适用法律；
(b) 提供虚假或误导信息；
(c) 提交侵权、非原创或有害内容；
(d) 试图规避参与次数限制；
(e) 使用多个账户、机器人或自动化工具；
(f) 从事欺诈、滥用或其他非正常行为。

 

10. 获奖公布与奖励发放

获奖者将在 活动结束后 11 天内公布（约 2026 年 3 月 31 日），公布渠道为 Kraken 官方社交媒体账号。

获奖者需在 获奖公布后 3 天内（截至 2026 年 4 月 3 日）：

通过 X 私信联系 @krakenfx_zh，并提交其 IIBAN（Kraken Account ID） 以确认领奖资格。

如获奖者：

• 未在规定时间内提交信息
• 未通过验证
• 不符合资格

Kraken 有权取消其获奖资格。

奖励将在 Kraken 确认资格及账户信息后 最迟于 2026 年 4 月 15 日前 发放至获奖者的 Kraken 账户。

 

11. 数据与信息使用

参与本竞赛即表示您同意：

您提交的内容及与竞赛相关的信息可由 Kraken 及其关联公司用于：

• 活动管理
• 市场推广
• 宣传展示

Kraken 可能为活动管理及法律合规目的向第三方提供您的信息。

若您为获奖者，您的身份信息（包括姓名及地址）可能被披露以满足法律、税务或监管要求。

Kraken 将根据其隐私政策处理个人信息：

12. 免责声明

Kraken 不对以下情况负责：

• 互联网服务问题
• X（Twitter）平台故障
• 网络延迟
• 系统中断

或任何妨碍参与者提交内容、接收通知或参与活动的情况。

Kraken 亦不对因以下原因造成的损失承担责任：

天灾、设备故障、恐怖行为、战争、火灾、洪水、疫情、政府行为、平台宕机或任何 Kraken 无法控制的事件。

 

13. 责任限制、争议解决与适用法律

参与本活动即表示您同意：就因参与本活动或接受任何奖励而产生的任何索赔，您同意免除并使 Kraken 及其关联公司 不承担任何责任。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内：

• 因本活动产生的任何争议必须以 个人名义 解决，不得以 集体诉讼（class action） 的形式提出。
   
• 任何索赔的赔偿金额仅限于 实际发生的自付费用（out-of-pocket costs），且 最高不超过 25 美元。
   
• 参与者放弃就 惩罚性损害赔偿、附带损害赔偿或间接损害赔偿 提出索赔的权利。
   

因本活动产生或与本活动相关的任何争议，均应 适用英格兰和威尔士法律。

所有争议应依据 伦敦国际仲裁院（LCIA）规则，通过 在英国伦敦进行的保密且具有约束力的仲裁 解决。仲裁员作出的裁决可在任何具有管辖权的法院申请执行。

 

14. 税务

参与者应自行承担因获得本活动奖励而产生的 任何税费责任。
Kraken 不提供税务建议。

 

15. 一般条款

Kraken 保留 随时修改、暂停或终止本活动 的权利。

Kraken 就 参与资格、奖励发放及本条款解释 作出的决定均为 最终决定。

若本条款中的任何条款被认定为 无效或不可执行，其余条款仍应保持 完全有效并继续执行。

 

 

10K Followers: Chinese X Account Celebration – Official Contest Terms and Conditions

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) AND TO THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH TOGETHER FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity between the Chinese version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and control.

1. Sponsor

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Contest is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and during the Contest Period, are legal residents of jurisdictions where:
(a) xStocks are lawfully offered by Kraken; and
(b) promotional contests of this type do not require registration, bonding, or governmental approval.

The Contest is void where prohibited, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Italy, Brazil, Quebec (Canada), and any sanctioned jurisdictions.

The Contest is marketed to the Chinese-language social media community, but eligibility is determined solely by lawful residence in an eligible jurisdiction and compliance with these Terms.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. UTC on March 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. UTC on March 20, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Only entries received during the Contest Period are eligible.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) valid entry, an eligible participant must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:
(a) Follow @krakenfx_zh on X;
(b) Follow @xstocksfi_zh on X; and
(c) Reply to the official Contest post on X with an original personal narrative addressing one or more of the following:
why you use tokenized stocks and what attracted you to the product; and/or
what confusions or unanswered questions you still have about tokenized stocks despite available educational or KOL content.

Replies must be the participant’s own original content. Copy-pasted, spam, or materially duplicative replies are not permitted. Replies that Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, are false, misleading, abusive, harmful, non-original, or otherwise inconsistent with the Contest’s purpose may be disqualified.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Kraken account for the entire Contest. Duplicate or spam replies will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection; Judging Criteria

This is a skill-based contest. It is not a random drawing.

After the Contest Period ends, Kraken will review eligible entries and select thirty (30) winners based on the following judging criteria:
Authenticity — 40%: whether the reply reflects a real, personal experience, with specific details and honest perspective valued over polished language.
Insight Value — 30%: whether the reply surfaces a useful narrative, unique use case, or a question that reveals a genuine knowledge gap in the market.
Clarity — 20%: whether the reply is easy to understand and well articulated, regardless of language.
Community Spirit — 10%: whether the reply encourages discussion or helps others in the thread.

Kraken’s decisions on eligibility, judging, and winner selection are final and binding.

6. Prize

Each winner will receive 100 USDG, credited to the winner’s verified Kraken account. USDG is a USD-denominated stablecoin designed to maintain a value of approximately USD $1 per token.

Approximate retail value of each Prize: USD $100.
Total number of Prizes: 30.
Total approximate retail value of all Prizes: USD $3,000.

The Prize will be credited to the winner’s Kraken account and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash prior to distribution. Once credited, the Prize may be used in accordance with Kraken’s Terms of Service and applicable product availability. Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners’ Kraken accounts must remain open, verified, and in good standing at the time of reward distribution.

7. Kraken Account and KYC Requirement

A Kraken account is required to receive a Prize. Eligible account types are Kraken Consumer or Kraken Pro accounts.

To receive a Prize, a participant must, before the end of the Contest Period and before prize fulfillment, have:
(a) a Kraken account in good standing; and
(b) completed at least Basic KYC verification, plus any additional verification required by Kraken or applicable law in the participant’s jurisdiction.

If a selected winner does not satisfy these requirements, fails to respond as requested, or is otherwise found ineligible, Kraken may disqualify that winner and select an alternate eligible entry.

8. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Contest only if, at the time of entry and during the Contest:
(a) you reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
(b) you agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
(c) you agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable requirements herein; and
(e) you are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or these Terms.

 

9. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:
(a) violated these Terms, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law;
(b) provided false or misleading information;
(c) submitted non-original, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
(d) attempted to circumvent the one-entry limit;
(e) used multiple accounts, bots, automation, or coordinated manipulation; or
(f) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, suspicious, or non-bona fide conduct.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be announced within eleven (11) days after the campaign ends, on or around March 31, 2026, via Kraken’s official social media channels.

Following the winner announcement, each winner must submit their IIBAN (Kraken Account ID) via X direct message to @krakenfx_zh within three (3) days, no later than April 3, 2026, in order to confirm eligibility and receive the reward.

If a potential winner does not submit the required information within the specified timeframe, fails to complete verification, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Kraken reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner.

Once eligibility and account information are confirmed, rewards will be credited to the winners’ Kraken accounts no later than April 15, 2026, provided the account is open, verified, and in good standing and meets all applicable verification and compliance requirements.

11. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Contest, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Contest may be used by Kraken, including its affiliated business entities. Further, you consent to communications from Kraken in connection with administration of the Contest. You give consent for Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Contest and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES TO FACILITATE THE CONTEST AND COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW, TAX, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Terms, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Contest in accordance with its online privacy policy located at .

12. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet, X, or any other interference with your ability to access or otherwise participate in the Contest, including your ability to timely enter, receive notices, or communicate with Kraken. Without limiting any other provision in these Terms, Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss by reason of any acts of God, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute, transportation interruption of any kind, civil disturbance, governmental action, platform outage, or any other cause beyond their control.

13. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any reward.

To the extent permitted by law:

1. Any disputes arising from the Promotion must be resolved individually without resort to class action.
2. Any claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25 USD.
3. Participants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

 

14. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of rewards under this Promotion.

Kraken does not provide tax advice.

 

15. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Kraken’s decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and interpretation of these Terms are final.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
