BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE THE REWARD.

 

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

 

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in Australia only.
Excluded areas include the United Kingdom and any other jurisdiction where trading incentives are restricted by law.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins 19 November 2025 and ends 21 January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

 

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Create a new Kraken Consumer account.

  2. Apply code AUD50 if not already preapplied.

  3. Complete Tier 3 (Intermediate) KYC verification.

  4. Deposit at least AUD 200 into your Kraken account.

  5. Complete trades totaling at least AUD 200 in any supported currency.
     

Eligible participants who complete all qualifying steps will receive one (1) reward as described below.
Limit one (1) reward per person or account.

Eligible Deposit Methods:

• Instant Bank Transfer (e.g., Plaid, Interac, iDeal or similar local instant bank rails)

• Digital Wallet (e.g., PayPal)

• Manual Bank Transfer (e.g., ACH, SWIFT, Etana or equivalent)

 

5. Reward

Each eligible participant will receive Bitcoin (BTC) equivalent to AUD 50 in value (Approximate Retail Value: AUD 50), credited to their Kraken account within 30 days after confirmation of compliance with these Rules.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

 

6. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

  • Reside in Australia;

  • Are at least 18 years old;

  • Have created and verified a Kraken Consumer account to Tier 3 (Intermediate);

  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service; and

  • Are not a Kraken Related Party (defined below).
     

You are not eligible if you are a Kraken employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, representative, or a family member or household member of any of the foregoing; or if you are affiliated with Kraken’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or advertising/public-relations agencies (each, a “Kraken Related Party”).

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria and will continue to do so throughout the Promotion Period.

 

7. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify any participant, in its sole discretion, for:

  • Violating these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;

  • Providing false or misleading information;

  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior; or

  • Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent limits.

 

8. Notification of Reward

Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible accounts within 30 days after qualification.
Accounts must be active, verified, and in good standing at the time of reward issuance.
If a participant’s account is closed, suspended, or ineligible at that time, Kraken may withhold or cancel the reward.

 

9. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you consent to Kraken’s collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
You further consent to receive communications from Kraken, including marketing communications, in accordance with its .
If you are a reward recipient, you acknowledge that your identifying information (including name and address) may be disclosed to third parties as required by law for tax or compliance purposes.

 

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any technical issues, internet interruptions, or other causes that may affect participation or reward delivery.
Without limitation, Kraken and its Related Parties are not liable for acts of God, equipment failure, war, fire, flood, epidemic, civil disturbance, labor dispute, government action, or any other event beyond Kraken’s control.

 

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes & Governing Law

By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its Related Parties from any loss, claim, or damage arising from your participation or reward.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions.

  2. Any award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding AUD 25; no punitive, incidental, or consequential damages shall be recoverable.

  3. Your sole remedy is a claim for money damages (if any).
     

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any competent court.

 

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

 

13. General Rules

Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
In the event of inconsistency between these Rules and any marketing materials, these Rules control.

 

14. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets involves risk and may result in loss of capital. You should consider your risk tolerance and seek independent advice before trading.
