BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to individuals residing in jurisdictions where Beholder and Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.
Residents of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are not eligible to participate.
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion Period
Beginning on March 24th and ending on April 7th (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Participate
To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
Create a Beholder wallet account;
Connect your Kraken account to your Beholder wallet;
Make deposits totaling at least $50 USD equivalent and up to $2000 USD equivalent of digital assets from your Beholder wallet address into any Earn in the Beholder vault during the Promotion Period (each, a “Qualifying Deposit”); and
Maintain the Net Eligible Deposit (as defined below) in the eligible vault until May 5th, 2026 (thirty (30) consecutive days from the end of the promotion period, the “Holding Period”).
Your Kraken account and Beholder wallet must remain active, verified, and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and Holding Period.
Minimum and Maximum Deposit Requirements
A minimum Net Eligible Deposit of $50 USD equivalent is required to qualify.
The maximum Net Eligible Deposit eligible for reward calculation is capped at $2,000 USD equivalent.
Any Net Eligible Deposit above $2,000 USD equivalent will not be considered for purposes of Reward calculation.
Net Eligible Deposit (“NED”) Calculation
For purposes of this Promotion:
Net Eligible Deposit (NED) = Total Qualifying Deposits – Total Withdrawals
Only deposits made from a Beholder wallet address into an eligible vault during the Promotion Period qualify as Qualifying Deposits.
Withdrawals include any transfer, removal, or reduction of assets from the eligible vault.
Withdrawals occurring during the Promotion Period or the Holding Period will reduce the Net Eligible Deposit and may reduce or eliminate eligibility for the Reward.
Example:
If you deposit $1,000 USD equivalent and withdraw $200 USD equivalent, your Net Eligible Deposit will be $800 USD equivalent. You must maintain that $800 USD deposit for the holding period, if you withdrawal early, your reward will be reduced proportionally
Determination of Winners
This is an incentive promotion. Each eligible participant who completes the qualifying actions in compliance with these Rules will receive the Reward.
Reward
Eligible participants will receive a reward equal to 10% of their Net Eligible Deposit’s USD value at the time of deposit, up to a maximum of $200 USD equivalent, paid in USDT (the “Reward”).
Rewards are calculated solely on total Net Eligible Deposits between $50 and $2,000 USD equivalent.
The eligible vault is determined at the time of the Qualifying Deposit, and subsequent changes will not affect Reward eligibility or calculation.
The Net Eligible Deposit must be maintained throughout the Holding Period to qualify.
The Reward will be distributed to the participant’s Beholder wallet address within 30 days after completion of the Holding Period and confirmation of compliance with these Rules.
Limit one (1) Reward per person.
The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion
You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:
You reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
You have created a Beholder wallet and connected a Kraken account;
You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
You agree to these Rules and comply with all applicable requirements;
You are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law or Kraken’s Terms.
By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.
Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the participant has:
Violated these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
Attempted to circumvent the Promotion requirements; or
Created or operated multiple accounts or wallets to obtain additional rewards.
Sybil / Multi-Account Restriction:
Only one (1) reward is permitted per person. Use of multiple accounts, wallets, identities, or any coordinated strategy to bypass this limitation (including “sybil attacks”) is strictly prohibited.
Kraken reserves the right to withhold, reduce, revoke, or claw back any reward where it reasonably suspects such activity, including where multiple accounts are linked by device, identity, transaction patterns, or other indicators of common control.
Notification of Reward
Rewards will be distributed directly to the participant’s Beholder wallet address within the stated timeframe. Kraken may require additional verification or documentation prior to issuing rewards.
Accounts or wallets that are suspended, restricted, or not in good standing at the time of distribution may forfeit eligibility.
Consents and Approvals
By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including their affiliated business entities. Further, you consent to and opt-in to any communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken. You give consent for Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A PARTICIPANT, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES TO FACILITATE THE PROMOTION AND COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW, TAX, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet, blockchain networks, or wallet infrastructure that may interfere with your ability to participate in the Promotion.
Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, Kraken and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, equipment failure, regulatory changes, or network disruptions.
Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any claims arising from your participation in the Promotion or receipt of any reward.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
(1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;
(2) ANY CLAIMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00);
(3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES MAY BE CLAIMED;
(4) REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO MONETARY DAMAGES ONLY.
Any dispute arising under or related hereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under LCIA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the reward.
General Rules
Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
