1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware with registered number 5017249 and registered address at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligible Areas

Open to eligible Kraken customers who receive communications inviting them to opt in to this promotion. Not available in certain jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Canada, and anywhere prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Begins at 12:00 a.m. UTC on December 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. UTC on December 26, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter in either of the following ways:

A. Trade Entry Method:

  1. Sign up for a Kraken consumer account.
  2. Complete verification.
  3. Tap the Steering Wheel Feature Card on the Explore screen 
  4. Tap the Opt In button on the subsequent screen
  5. Complete your first trade of at least $10 USD (or equivalent). Trades between your local currency and stablecoins, or between stablecoins, do not count. Trades of Equities or Tokenised Equities do not count.
  6. You will be entered into the prize draw.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

  1. Follow this hyperlink: https://swpp.me/a/williams 
  2. Follow the instructions to upload a handwritten postcard containing your full name, email address, physical associated with your Kraken account.
  3. You will be entered into the prize draw.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one Atlassian Williams Racing Replica Steering Wheel (Approximate Retail Value: USD $1,000).
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by Kraken through the email or in-app communication associated with their Kraken account within 14 business days after the Promotion Period ends. The winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
  • Hold a Kraken account in good standing.

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who (a) violates these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service, (b) engages in fraud, manipulation, or abuse, or (c) submits multiple or automated entries.

9. Consents and Privacy

By entering, you consent to Kraken’s processing of your personal data for administration of the Promotion and compliance with applicable law. Kraken may share necessary data with service providers or regulators.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimers

Kraken and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or any circumstances beyond their reasonable control. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any and all claims or damages arising out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except to the extent caused by Kraken’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Promotion and these Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Kraken may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receipt or use of the prize. Kraken may require completion of applicable tax forms prior to award delivery.

13. General Terms

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for reasons beyond its control. Decisions of Kraken are final and binding. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
