This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken services are available and where participation in such promotions is permitted under applicable law.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 23, 2026 at 02:00 pm UTC and ends on April 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. UTC (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Participate

Method 1 – Trade Entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:

1. Sign up for or log in to a Kraken account;

2. Complete identity verification;

3. Click the THFC giveaway feature card within the Kraken Rewards Hub;

4. Opt in to the Promotion; and

5. After opting in, execute at least US$1 in crypto buys, sells or conversions on the Kraken app (or equivalent in supported digital assets) during the Promotion Period.

Upon completion of the above steps, the participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:

1. Follow this hyperlink: https://swpp.me/a/thfcgiveaway

2. Follow the instructions to upload a handwritten postcard containing your full name, email address, physical associated with your Kraken account.

3. You will be entered into the prize draw

Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Maximum Number of Entries

Limit one (1) entry per person.
Participants may enter using either method above, but multiple entries are not permitted.

Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive:

• $500 USD worth of Bitcoin (BTC) (or equivalent value credited in BTC);

• A Tottenham Hotspur stadium experience including the opportunity to play on the pitch during a designated event organized by Kraken and Tottenham Hotspur.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will depend on travel logistics and event arrangements determined by Sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Number of Winners

Ten (10) winners will be selected.

Winner Selection Method

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator.

Notification of Winners

Potential winners may be notified via the email address associated with their Kraken account.

Winners may be required to:

• Confirm eligibility

• Provide additional information or documentation

• Maintain an active Kraken account in good standing

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

BTC rewards will be credited to the winner’s Kraken account within thirty (30) days after eligibility verification.

Eligibility to Participate in the Promotion

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion:

• You reside in one of the Eligible Areas identified above;

• You hold or create a Kraken account;

• You complete KYC verification;

• You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service; and

• You agree to these Official Rules.

By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

• Violated these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;

• Provided false or misleading information;

• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;

• Attempted to circumvent entry limits through multiple accounts or other methods.

Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including their affiliated business entities.

You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

You further consent to Kraken and its agents obtaining and delivering your name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

If you are a winner, your identifying information may be disclosed as required to administer the Promotion or comply with legal obligations.

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet connection or other technical issues affecting participation.

Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from acts of God, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquakes, war, fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, severe weather, embargo, labor dispute, transportation interruption, civil disturbance, government action, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any claims arising from your participation or acceptance or use of any prize.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

1. Any disputes will be resolved individually and not through any class action;

2. Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25;

3. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages;

4. Remedies are limited to claims for monetary damages only.

Any dispute arising under or related hereto will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of the prize.

Kraken does not provide tax advice.

General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time.

Kraken may cancel or suspend the Promotion if viruses, bugs, technical failures, fraud, or other causes impair the proper administration of the Promotion.

Kraken’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
