BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS INCENTIVE PROMOTION REQUIRES TRADING ACTIVITY TO QUALIFY FOR A REWARD. TRADING INVOLVES RISK OF LOSS.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where trading incentives are restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins 15 December 2025 at 12:00 UTC and ends 22 December 2025 at 23:59 UTC (“Promotion Period”). Kraken may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

A. Hold an existing Kraken Consumer or Pro account that is eligible to conduct trading activity in your jurisdiction;
B. Have completed Intermediate KYC verification (or higher) required to trade on Kraken;
C. Opt into the Promotion via the “Offers” screen on the Kraken app or the “Promotions” screen on the Kraken Pro app. Opt-in is required before completing the Qualifying Activity.
 D. During the Promotion Period, complete $100 USD equivalent in total eligible trade volume (“Qualifying Activity”).

'Eligible trade volume' means buying, selling, or converting on Spot, Instant, or Margin. Trades between fiat and stablecoins, or trades within stablecoins, do not count. Trades of Stocks or xStocks do not count.

Each participant who opts in and completes the Qualifying Activity will receive the Reward.
Limit one (1) Reward per participant.

5. Reward

Eligible participants will receive $10 USD equivalent in BTC, credited to their Kraken account.

  • Rewards will be credited within 30 days following confirmation of compliance with these Rules.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value where required.

6. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion, you:

  • Reside in an Eligible Area;
  • Maintain a verified Kraken Consumer account at Intermediate KYC level;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Are not otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable law.

7. Disqualification

Kraken may disqualify participants who:

  • Violate these Rules or Kraken’s Terms of Service;
  • Provide inaccurate or misleading account information;
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or harmful behavior;
  • Attempt to circumvent limits, create multiple accounts, or otherwise interfere with the Promotion.

8. Issuance of Rewards

Rewards will be credited automatically within 30 days after Kraken confirms qualification.

If an account is closed, suspended, unverified, or otherwise ineligible at the time of distribution, Kraken may withhold or cancel the reward.

9. Consents and Approvals

By participating, you consent to Kraken using data submitted or collected in connection with the Promotion, including disclosure to third parties for administration, compliance, and legal purposes.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for technical issues, outages, interruptions, or events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability; Class Waiver

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (“Kraken Related Parties”) from any Claims arising out of your participation or any Reward.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • All disputes must be resolved individually, without class actions or representative proceedings.
  • All claims and awards are limited to actual, third-party, out-of-pocket costs, not exceeding USD $25.00.
  • Attorneys’ fees may not be awarded or recovered.
  • Punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages, and lost profits, are waived.
  • Remedies are limited solely to monetary damages; equitable or injunctive relief is waived.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute arising under or related to these Rules (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct, or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflicts-of-law principles.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration only in London, England, by and under the LCIA Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Rules otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receipt of any reward.

14. General Rules

Kraken may modify these Rules at any time.
Kraken may cancel or suspend the Promotion where necessary for integrity, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned, Kraken may cancel, modify, or distribute rewards in any manner deemed fair and appropriate.
