Determination of Winners:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Kraken in its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

1x signed 2025/26 Tottenham Hotspur Home Shirt. Approximate retail value: £300 / €350 / $400. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Kraken’s sole discretion.
1. Eligibility to Participate in the Competition:
You are eligible to participate in the Giveaway if, at the time of entry and during the Giveaway, you:
- Reside in the Eligible Areas identified above;
- Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
- Agree to these Rules and meet and comply with any and all applicable requirements herein;
- Are not a Kraken Related Party (as defined below);
- Are not otherwise ineligible to participate under the Kraken.com Terms of Service, these Rules, or applicable law.
You are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway if you are (A) a Kraken employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, or representative; (B) a family member or live with any of the foregoing; (C) a Kraken corporate partner, division, subsidiary, affiliate, successor in interest; (D) an advertising, promotion, or public relations agency of any of the foregoing (each a “Kraken Related Party”).
By submitting your entry to the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you meet, and will continue to meet throughout the Giveaway Period, each of the above criteria and are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
If the selected winner resides in Canada, the winner will be required to correctly answer a skill-based test question within a time-limited period in order to receive the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
2. Disqualification
Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that such participant has violated these Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law.
3. Notification of Winners
The winner will be notified via social media direct message or other contact method provided. The winner may be required to submit additional documentation to confirm eligibility. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, refuses the prize, or fails to provide required documentation, Kraken reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate.
4. Consents and Approvals
By entering, participants consent to Kraken using any information submitted in connection with the Giveaway for purposes of administration, marketing, and compliance. Winner information, including name and country of residence, may be disclosed as required by law.
5. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or otherwise failed communications or entries. Kraken is not liable for any force majeure event or other event beyond its reasonable control affecting the Giveaway.
6. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any liability arising from the Giveaway. Any dispute arising out of this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and resolved by confidential arbitration in London under LCIA rules.
7. General Rules
Kraken may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time. Kraken reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the process or in violation of the Rules.
