Eligible Areas:
Open to legal residents and attendees physically present in the United Kingdom at the designated event location. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion will take place during the Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Manchester United FC match on November 8, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Participate:
Eligible individuals may enter by:
(a) visiting the Kraken activation area within the stadium on the event date;
(b) following Kraken’s official social media account and providing their first name, last name, and email address to event staff; and
(c) participating in the “Hang Challenge,” where participants attempt to remain hanging from a fixed bar for as long as possible.
No purchase, payment, or trade is required to participate.
Winner Determination:
The participant with the longest continuous hang time, as verified by Kraken event staff, will be declared the winner. In case of a tie, the tie will be broken by a second timed attempt. Decisions of the judges are final.
Prizes:
Each event winner will receive one (1) official Tottenham Hotspur merchandise item (shirt or scarf). Approximate retail value: under £100. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion for one of equal or greater value.
Eligibility:
To participate, you must:
- be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
- have a verified Kraken consumer account at Tier 3 KYC level in good standing
- comply with these Rules and the Kraken.com Terms of Service
Disqualification:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants for unsafe conduct, use of aids or devices, or failure to follow event staff instructions.
Notification and Prize Delivery:
Winners will be confirmed on-site immediately after completion of their round and must claim the prize at the activation area. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Publicity & Privacy:
By participating, you consent to Kraken’s use of your name, likeness, and recorded performance for promotional purposes. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s and Wasserman's Private Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
By participating, you release and hold harmless Kraken, Wasserman and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or related hereto shall be determined by confidential, binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules in London, England, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
General Rules:
Sponsor may modify or cancel this Promotion at any time. Sponsor’s decisions are final. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
