BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”), 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or X (Twitter).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) where participation is permitted by law.

Residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins March 5, 2026 at 00:01 UTC and ends March 7, 2026 at 18:00 UTC (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow the @krakenfx account on Instagram or X (Twitter); and

  • Comment on the official Promotion post indicating who they want to win the match.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Entries must comply with the platform rules of the social media platform used. Automated entries, bots, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

No Kraken account, purchase, payment, or trade is required to enter.

5. Winner Selection

This Promotion is a sweepstakes.

Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within a reasonable time following the end of the Promotion Period.

Kraken’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.

6. Prizes

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive:

  • Two (2) general admission tickets to the Atlético Madrid v Tottenham match

  • Match date: March 10, 2026

Total prizes awarded: 10 general admission tickets.

Prizes are:

  • non-transferable

  • non-exchangeable

  • not redeemable for cash

Kraken reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Travel, accommodation, transportation, and any other costs associated with attending the event are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • Reside in an eligible EEA country

  • Comply with these Official Rules and the Kraken Terms of Service

  • Are not a Kraken Related Party

“Kraken Related Parties” include employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, or representatives of Kraken, as well as their family members and household members, and Kraken’s affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising or promotion agencies.

By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service

  • Provided false or misleading information

  • Used automated entry methods or multiple accounts

  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners may be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.

Winners may be required to provide additional information or confirm eligibility before receiving the prize.

If a potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted,

  • fails to respond within the time specified by Kraken, or

  • is determined to be ineligible,

Kraken may select an alternate winner.

10. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content or information submitted by you in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliated entities for purposes of administering the Promotion and for marketing or promotional purposes.

You consent to Kraken obtaining and delivering your identifying information to third parties where necessary to administer the Promotion and comply with applicable laws.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Rules, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at:

11. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

  • technical failures of any kind

  • network or internet outages

  • platform outages or restrictions

  • lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries

Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by events beyond their control, including acts of God, equipment failures, labor disputes, civil disturbances, natural disasters, or government actions.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

  • Any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed twenty-five dollars (US $25).

  • Participants waive any right to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

  • Remedies are limited to claims for monetary damages.

  • Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

  • Any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from receipt or use of the prize.

Kraken will not provide tax advice.

14. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Kraken’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion are final and binding.

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Rules, together with the Kraken Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement governing the Promotion.
