2. Eligible Areas
Open to eligible Kraken customers who receive communications inviting them to opt in to this promotion. Not available in certain jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, and anywhere prohibited by law
3. Promotion Period & Key Dates
Campaign Launch / Entry Opens: January 15, 2026 (00:01 CET)
Entry Closes / Winners Drawn: February 1, 2026 (23:59 CET).
Winners Announcement/Notification: on or about February 2, 2026.
Match / Shirt Reveal: March 7, 2026 (RB Leipzig vs Augsburg).
4. How to Enter (Two Equal-Dignity Methods; Limit 1 Entry Total per Person)
A. Account Path (optional): Create or hold a Kraken Consumer or Pro account and complete KYC level L3, then submit (i) first & last name, (ii) email, and (iii) one fan photo of yourself via the Promotion landing page during the Promotion Period.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Without creating a Kraken account, visit the AMOE web form during the Promotion Period and submit (i) first & last name, (ii) email, (iii) country of residence, (iv) age-of-majority confirmation, and (v) one fan photo of yourself.
Odds are identical regardless of entry method. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries using multiple emails/accounts will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. If a potential winner fails to respond, fails eligibility verification, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Canada Skill-Testing Requirement (Canada Residents Only)
As a condition of being declared a winner, Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question administered without assistance and within a limited time. Failure to do so will forfeit the prize and an alternate may be selected.
7. Prize / Approximate Retail Value (ARV) & Fulfilment
Each winner’s submitted fan photo will be incorporated (in Sponsor’s design discretion) into a photo mosaic of the Kraken logo appearing on the RB Leipzig shirt sleeve during the March 7, 2026 match vs Augsburg. ARV: $0 (no cash value). Prize is recognition/placement only; no cash or crypto alternative. Placement, size, visibility, broadcast appearance, and any match-day exposure are not guaranteed and are subject to league/club approvals and operational constraints. No substitutions except as determined by Sponsor of equal or greater value (recognition/experiential).
8. Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction at entry, reside in an Eligible Area, submit your own photo, and comply with these Rules and the Kraken.com Terms of Service. Accounts must be in good standing if using the account path.
9. Content Requirements & License / Publicity Release
By submitting a photo, you represent it is your original content, depicts only you, contains no third-party IP, team marks, or offensive/illegal material, and complies with applicable laws. You grant Kraken and RB Leipzig a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your name, likeness, and photo for Promotion administration and publicity (including on jerseys, broadcasts, social media, press, and archival uses), without further notice, approval, or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. Where prohibited, we will obtain required consents.
10. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any entrant for rule violations, multiple accounts/entries, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or submission of infringing or inappropriate content. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, late, or not received due to technical issues are void.
11. Privacy
Personal information will be processed to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice: . Additional consents may be required to effect the prize.
12. Disclaimers / Force Majeure
Kraken is not responsible for internet/service outages, platform issues, or events beyond its control (including match changes, approvals, or broadcast decisions) that may impact shirt appearance or prize experience. If the match is postponed, cancelled, or the shirt design is modified, Kraken may adjust prize fulfilment in a fair manner or provide a substitute experiential recognition of comparable intent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Kraken and its affiliates from claims arising from participation or prize use (recognition), excluding claims that cannot be released by law; in no event shall indirect, incidental, or consequential damages be recoverable.
14. Disputes & Governing Law
Any dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA Rules; judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You waive class/representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any competent court.
General Rules
Kraken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal changes, or other factors impair administration or integrity. If any term is invalid, the remainder remains in force. In a conflict between marketing and these Rules, these Rules control. Decisions of Kraken are final. One entry per person total (across both methods).
