Margin Trade $500 – Earn Up to $500 in BTC

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open only to eligible Kraken clients residing in the following jurisdictions (“Eligible Areas”):

Jurisdictions where Kraken services are available, excluding the United Kingdom and any jurisdiction where participation in such promotions or margin trading is restricted or prohibited by law.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law or where Kraken margin trading services are not available.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the launch date communicated by Kraken and continues for fourteen (14) days unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier by Kraken in its sole discretion (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Promotion, an eligible participant must:

Hold a verified Kraken account.
Complete any required identity verification (KYC) as required by Kraken.
During the Promotion Period, execute margin trades totaling at least USD $500 in notional value on Kraken.

Trading activity must comply with Kraken’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

Limit one (1) reward per client.

5. Reward

Eligible participants who complete the qualifying activity will receive a reward of Bitcoin (BTC).

The reward value will be up to USD $500 in BTC.
The approximate retail value of the maximum reward is USD $500.
Rewards will be credited to the participant’s Kraken account via the Kraken Rewards Hub.

Rewards will be issued within 30 days after Kraken verifies compliance with these Terms.

Rewards are:

Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Subject to substitution by Kraken with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of participation and throughout the Promotion:

You reside in an Eligible Area;
You maintain an active Kraken account in good standing;
You comply with the Kraken Terms of Service and these Terms.

Kraken reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.

7. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Violates these Terms or the Kraken Terms of Service;
Engages in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or illegal activity;
Attempts to circumvent Promotion limits (including through multiple accounts);
Uses wash trading, self-trading, or other non-bona fide trading practices.

Kraken may withhold, cancel, or claw back any reward where such conduct is detected.

8. Notification and Reward Distribution

Rewards will be credited automatically to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts via the Rewards Hub within 30 days after eligibility verification.

Participants must maintain an active account in good standing to receive the reward.

9. Consents and Privacy

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to Kraken collecting and using your personal information for the administration of the Promotion and for communications related to Kraken services.

10. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for:

Technical failures of any kind;
Network or platform interruptions;
Unauthorized intervention or fraud;
Any other events outside Kraken’s reasonable control.

Kraken reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if necessary to maintain fairness or comply with applicable laws or regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any reward.

To the extent permitted by law:

Any disputes arising from the Promotion must be resolved individually without resort to class action.
Any claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25 USD.
Participants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
