2026 Affiliate Dynamic Reward

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FUNDING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor (“Kraken”)

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken (“Sponsor” or “Kraken”).

2. Eligible Areas

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on February 9, 2026, and is ongoing, unless earlier terminated or modified by Kraken in its sole discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • Sign up for a new Kraken account (new users only);
  • Successfully complete Intermediate level identity verification (KYC); and
  • Deposit $100 using an eligible deposit method and complete USD $100 (or local currency equivalent) in eligible spot cryptocurrency trades during the Promotion Period. Trading means buying, selling, or converting on PTL, Spot, Margin or Futures. Trades between fiat and stablecoins, or within stablecoins, do not count. Trades of Bundles do not count. Trades of equities do not count.
  • Limit one (1) reward per user.

5. Determination of Winners

This is an incentive promotion. Every eligible participant who completes the participation requirements and complies with these Official Rules will receive a reward.

6. Reward

  • Eligible participants will receive a randomized reward denominated in Bitcoin (BTC) with a value between USD $5 and USD $200 (the “Reward”).
  • The Reward will be credited to the participant’s Kraken account within three (3) days following confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules;
  • Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
  • Has no cash alternative; and
  • Is limited to one (1) Reward per user.
  • We may place a temporary hold on withdrawals of funds credited to your account. Under this policy, certain deposits, transfers, or credits to your account may be subject to a withdrawal hold of up to seven (7) calendar days.

7. Eligibility to Participate

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you:

  • Reside in one of the Eligible Areas identified above;
  • Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence;
  • Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
  • Agree to these Official Rules and meet all requirements herein;and
  • Are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or these Official Rules.
  • By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet and will continue to meet all eligibility requirements.

8. Disqualification

Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or applicable law, or who engages in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or otherwise improper conduct.

9. Notification of Reward

The Reward will be credited directly to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within fourteen (14) days following confirmation of compliance. Kraken may require additional information or documentation prior to crediting the Reward.

10. Consents and Approvals

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliated entities. You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

11. Disclaimers

Kraken is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure of participation due to technical issues, internet unavailability, or other causes beyond its reasonable control. Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not liable for any loss or damage arising from acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or other force majeure events.

12. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

By participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Reward.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action;
  • Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25.00;
  • You waive any right to punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages; and
  • Your remedies are limited to monetary damages only.
  • Any dispute arising under or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of the Reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

14. General Rules

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Kraken’s decisions are final and binding. Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
