Meta xStocks Incentive Official Rules
(“Promotion”)
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Sponsor (“Kraken”)
Payward, Inc.
2. Eligible Areas
The Promotion is open only to eligible customers as determined by Kraken.
The Promotion is not available in any other jurisdiction, and is void where restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins December 1, 2025, and continues until ended, modified, or suspended by Kraken in its sole discretion.
4. How to Participate
To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Hold a valid Kraken account.
- Complete USD $50 (or USD-equivalent) worth of trades in any xStock during the Promotion Period.
Every eligible participant who completes the above steps will receive the Reward defined in Section 5.
5. Reward
Eligible participants will receive USD $10 in TSLAx (“Reward”), credited to their Kraken account within 30 days of confirmation of compliance with these Rules.
- Limit one Reward per user.
- Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Kraken may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at its discretion.
6. Eligibility to Participate
You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion:
- You have a Kraken account in good standing;
- You agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Rules;
- You are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
By participating, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility criteria.
7. Disqualification
Kraken may disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant:
- Violated these Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
- Provided false or misleading information;
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity;
- Used multiple accounts or attempted to circumvent limits or restrictions.
8. Notification and Issuance of Reward
Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible participants’ Kraken accounts within 30 days after Kraken verifies eligibility.
Kraken may request additional information or documentation prior to crediting the Reward.
If an account is closed, suspended, or not in good standing at the time of issuance, the Reward may be withheld or cancelled.
9. Consents and Approvals
By participating, you agree that any content or information submitted or collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliates.
You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.
You further consent to the disclosure of your name, address, and other necessary information to third parties for purposes of administering the Promotion and complying with applicable laws. If you are a Reward recipient, your identifying information may be disclosed to comply with legal, tax, or reporting obligations.

10. Disclaimers
Kraken is not responsible for:
- Internet or service outages, interruptions, delays, or errors;
- Inability to access or participate in the Promotion;
- Any technical, hardware, or software failures;
- Events beyond Kraken’s reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
11. Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law
