KRAKEN x ATLASSIAN WILLIAMS F1 TEAM MIAMI GRANDSTAND TICKETS GIVEAWAY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE KRAKEN.COM TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH EACH FORM A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRADE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor,” “Kraken,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to natural persons who:

(a) are legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Indiana, Maine, New York, Texas, and Washington;
(b) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater;
(c) successfully open or hold a verified Kraken Consumer account and complete Tier 3 (T3) KYC verification; and
(d) otherwise comply with Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Official Rules.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Method 1 – Trade Entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must:

1. Sign up for or log in to a Kraken Consumer account;

2. Complete Tier 3 (T3) identity verification;

3. Click the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Miami Grandstand Giveaway feature card within the Kraken Rewards Hub;

4. Opt in to the Promotion; and

5. After opting in, execute at least US$10 in spot crypto trades (or equivalent in supported digital assets) during the Promotion Period.

Upon completion of the above steps, the participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/account, regardless of method of entry.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing the trading requirement, hand-print your full legal name, residential address, city, state, ZIP code, email address associated with your Kraken account (or intended account), and phone number on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than three (3) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Mail-in entries will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing.

No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.

A purchase, trade, or funding is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive:

Two (2) three-day tickets to the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Grandstand at the Miami Race.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
US$1,085 per ticket (including fees).
Total ARV per winner: US$2,170.

Total ARV of all prizes: US$10,850.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any event cancellation, postponement, or changes beyond its control.

Winners are solely responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation, meals, insurance, and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawing will occur on or about April 20, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified via email associated with their Kraken account and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and any required tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9) within the time specified by Sponsor.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Taxes and Reporting

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

8. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the participant has:

Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
Provided false information;
Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or suspicious activity;
Attempted to create multiple accounts to obtain additional entries; or
Used automated or prohibited methods to participate.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name and general location for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice available at:
https://www.kraken.com/legal/privacy

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, legal or regulatory changes, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of a conflict between marketing materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

13. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver

Please read this Section carefully. It affects your rights.

You and Sponsor agree to resolve any “Dispute” through binding individual arbitration and not in court.

(a) Covered Disputes. “Dispute” means any claim, controversy, or dispute between you and Sponsor arising out of or relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules, marketing relating to the Promotion, or any prize.

(b) Pre-Arbitration Notice and Informal Resolution. Before commencing arbitration, the party seeking arbitration must send a written Notice of Dispute. The parties will attempt informal resolution within sixty (60) days.

(c) Arbitration Procedure and Rules. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs this Section.

(d) Location. Arbitration may occur in the county of your residence, in San Francisco, California, or via telephone/video conference, as permitted by the arbitrator.

(e) Fees and Costs. Payment of fees will be governed by AAA Rules. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees except as awarded by the arbitrator under applicable law.

(f) Small Claims Court. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible.

(g) Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. Governing Law; Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and by the FAA for arbitration matters.

For claims not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
